What Is Rubenfeld Synergy Method?
Rubenfeld Synergy Method is a dynamic system for the integration of body, mind, emotions and spirit.  As a client, you are treated as a whole person, whose body contains the story of your life.  Together, you and I will explore the messages your body has for you, nvite greater ease and comfort into your life, and release the weight of held emotions that keep you from moving forward.

When you arrive at your appointment, you will be welcomed, and we will begin by talking in chairs.  We may talk about any questions you might have, and I will always do my utmost to make you comfortable.

Per your comfort level, we will move to a massage table.  Rubenfeld Synergy is done fully clothed, usually with the client face-up.  I will make gentle contact with you at your head, feet, hips, and shoulders with an intention of respectful listening to your body - discovering, without judgment, what stories, sensations, and emotions it contains.  We will talk during this time as well, tuning into and expanding the sensations and emotions as they arise.  Sometimes, people experience cathartic emotional release.  Other times, deep realizations occur.  Almost always, clients make connections that haven't occurred to them before, as they explore their story through the lens of their body rather than only through their minds.

The results may be as simple as heightened relaxation and a greater sense of well-being.  Or they may be as profound as a relief from a trauma response.  In paying loving attention to your body, you can discover new insights into your mind, emotions, and spirit.
